Constantine Eyeball Surf Report

Constantine Surf Conditions 6.45 a.m. on Friday 16th May 2008

A calm, still and heavily overcast morning with only tiny waves again. So how small can it be without actually being flat? It's fairly close to it right now but in all honesty you would have some fun on a longboard. And it could just build a fraction yet before high tide. And the Brabazon comp seems to be hotting up over on the golf course with a noticeable change in pace as the seeds start to show up. But heavy and thundery showers are forecast so if there's lightning again they'll have to clear the course I guess?

Forecast for Saturday 17th May 2008:
More of the same with small but immaculately clean little wavelets teasing their way through. Get a longboard if you want some fun I think.

Rather cloudy but a few sunny spells should break through. Showers will develop later in the morning, which could be heavy and thundery during the afternoon.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday:
Cloudy on Saturday with showery rain. Becoming brighter on Sunday and Monday but feeling cool.

Constantine Bay over half a mile of sand at low tide. The northern section is Booby's and is separated from Constantine Bay itself as the tide comes in. Home to the reef, a peak and a pointbreak (on those rare occasions). All the breaks work through the tides except at high tide unless it's bigger (4 feet +).
