Sea temperature: 11 Degrees C - still winter suits or a very good summer suit!

Tides: High tide was at 09.45am this morning at a height of 4.1m and is again this evening at 10.11pm at a height of 4.4m.

Current Conditions: Light ENE wind this morning but no surf here at East Wittering.. getting bored now!

Surf Forecast: Flat for the next 5 days sorry!!

Mostly cloudy, outbreaks of rain, some heavy and thundery overnight.

Today:
Staying mostly cloudy and dull with rain at times, mainly light but with a risk of some heavy, thundery, showers threatening southern counties towards evening.

Tonight:
All areas will have outbreaks of rain overnight, some heavy and thundery, especially over southern counties where local downpours are possible for a time, especially at first.

Saturday:
Staying generally cloudy with further outbreaks of rain, some heavy and thundery. Feeling rather cool in brisk a northeast breeze.

Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Sunday, brightening up from the north after cloud and early rain clears away. Mainly dry with sunny spells Monday and Tuesday but with some chilly nights.

East & West Wittering catch swells coming up the English Channel that make it past the Isle of Wight. A beach break, it works best at mid tide and is great for longboarding. It is a friendly, laid-back sort of place, convenient for the south east and London surfers.
